Everything you need to know about how your items will get to you.

Processing & Tracking

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. You’ll be notified if there are any delays.

All items are sent with tracking and insurance. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Canada Domestic Shipping

We ship via Intelcom/Dragonfly within Canada if possible. If not available, we use Canada Post. Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping.

  • Standard Shipping: $10 CAD flat rate.
  • Free Shipping: On orders over $100 CAD

United States Shipping

We ship via USPS, Fedex, or UPS. Most orders arrive within 7-10 business days after shipping.

  • Standard Shipping: $12 USD flat rate.
  • Free Shipping: On orders over $125 USD

We use a courier to cross the border with our packages into the US and process through customs. Because of this, your shipping fee already includes any fees, duties, and taxes. No additional fees will be incurred at delivery. Once your package is in the US, the package originates in Montana.

International Shipping

We ship via PostNL who hands off to your local mail carrier. Delivery times vary by location, typically 10-21 business days.

  • International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes determined by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  1. Contact us at hello@arcandmark.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Items must be unused and in original condition.
  3. Ship the item back to the address we provide.
  4. You’re responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned items.

Please note: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the items arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different design or product, contact us at hello@arcandmark.com. We’ll work with you to arrange the exchange. You’re responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at hello@arcandmark.com with photos. We’ll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an item is marked as delivered by the carrier, we’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your order, contact the carrier first. If the issue isn’t resolved, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.
